JAPP Calisthenics is an app that helps you achieve your fitness goals using calisthenics. It offers a variety of features so you can train effectively and safely, regardless of your level of experience. JAPP Calisthenics does not record or store any personal information or information that identifies the user beyond their username and any photographs they may upload to the platform. At all times, we work hard to keep your information safe and private.

We appreciate your trust in sharing your information with us and we intend to always maintain that trust. This privacy policy applies to the websites and applications of JAPP Calisthenics.

When you create an account, you will provide us with access to the following information:

– Username

– Profile picture

When using the application, you will record the following information:

– Workouts you do and their results.

– Photographs that you can attach to those workouts.

To add certain content, such as photos or videos, you may allow us to access your camera or photo album. Some of the information you choose to provide us may be considered “special” or “sensitive” in certain jurisdictions, for example, your racial or ethnic origins, your sexual orientation, and your religious beliefs. By choosing to provide this information, you agree that we store and display that image to other users.

When you subscribe through a platform like iOS or Android, we do not collect the associated payment data.

 

3. Cookies and other similar data collection technologies

In the JAPP Calisthenics applications, we do not use cookies directly, nor any other type of browsing information collection. It is possible that service providers such as Google LLC do so, see their privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

 

4. How we use information

The main reason we use your information is to provide our services. Additionally, we use your information to help keep you safe.

5. How we share information

Given that our goal is to create a motivational environment for the practice of sports activities, the main way to share information is through the publication of the training sessions conducted and their results, shared, of course, only with other users. We also share information from some service providers that help us operate the services, such as Google LLC, as we use their Cloud platform for data hosting. ### With other users

You share workouts with other users. Please be careful with the photographs you attach to the workouts and ensure that the content you share is something you are comfortable being visible to other users of the app, as neither you nor we can control what others do with your information once you share it.

### With our service providers and partners

We turn to third parties to help us operate and improve our services. These third parties assist us with various tasks, such as data hosting and maintenance, analysis, customer service, marketing, advertising, payment processing, and security operations.

We follow a strict vetting process before hiring any service provider or working with any partner. All our service providers and partners must accept strict confidentiality obligations.

JAPP Calisthenics uses the following service providers:

* Google LLC (for the storage of published information)

* Glassfy (for subscription management)

* Apple Store (for the app publication)

* Google Play (for the publication of the application)

### For corporate transactions

We may transfer your information if we are involved, in whole or in part, in a merger, sale, acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy, or other change of ownership or control.

### When required by law

We may disclose your information if reasonably necessary: (i) to comply with legal process, such as a court order, subpoena, or search warrant, a government/law enforcement investigation, or other legal requirements; (ii) to assist in the prevention or detection of crimes (subject in each case to applicable law); or (iii) to protect the safety of any person.

* As necessary to protect our legal rights and the legal rights of our users, business partners, or other stakeholders;

If you wish to receive information related to another user, such as a copy of the messages you have received from them through our service, the other user will need to contact our privacy officer to give their written consent before the information is disclosed.

Likewise, it is possible that we may not be able to address certain requests to oppose the processing of personal information, especially when such requests do not allow us to continue providing our service. For example, we cannot provide our service if we do not have your email address.

Uninstallation. You can stop the collection of information by an application by uninstalling it using your device’s standard uninstallation process. If you uninstall the app from your mobile device, the unique identifier associated with your device will remain stored. If you reinstall the app on the same mobile device, we will be able to re-associate this identifier with your previous transactions and activities.

8. How long do we keep your information?
